Special alloy fully threaded stud & nut sets
Bring the stud and mating nuts into one order for flange and equipment joints. Stud length, nut pattern, thread fit and material condition are coordinated across the set, with component quantities and heat identification tied to the parts list.

Fully threaded stud & nut sets material selection
Equipment & applications

Reactor covers
Supply cover studs and mating nuts as one tagged set for reactor maintenance. Stud length includes the cover and gasket stack plus the required nut engagement.

Subsea connections
Group studs and nuts by subsea connection for installation. Matched thread fits, nut counts and packing tags simplify identification at assembly.

Marine pump covers
Replace pump-cover bolting as matched studs and nuts. Thread engagement is coordinated on both ends so the cover can be removed without changing the stud pattern.
Fully threaded stud & nut sets configurations & dimensions
Stud
Finished stud length covers the flange stack, gasket and both nut engagements. Full-length thread permits nut positioning from either end for cover removal and flange assembly.
Nuts
Match nut thread class and proof-load requirements to the stud. Regular and heavy-hex patterns need different socket clearances and bearing footprints around the flange holes.

Production & heat treatment
Studs · Cut Bar & Threads
The stud begins as a bar blank cut to the finished length allowance. Rolling suits repeat thread sizes; cutting accommodates special pitches and short runs without heading tooling.
Nuts · Cold Forming / Hot Forging
Small repeat nuts favour cold-formed blanks. Large heavy-hex nuts and high-resistance alloys favour hot forging before tapping; stud production remains a separate bar-and-thread operation.
Heat Treatment By Component
Inconel 718 studs and nuts gain strength through solution treatment and ageing. Corrosion-resistant C-276 components use solution annealing after heavy forming. Stud tensile requirements and nut proof-load requirements are verified separately even when both parts share an alloy designation.
Fit, Identification & Packing
Nut thread fit is checked against the stud thread system, with the specified nuts counted per stud. Heat identities remain traceable for each component and the set is packed against its joint or parts-list reference.
