Material & heat treatment
Material grade, starting-stock form and heat identity are carried into the order. Where solution treatment or age hardening is required, the treatment condition and supporting records form part of the manufacturing scope.
BYBOLT brings drawing-based manufacturing, material traceability and inspection together for your special alloy parts.

BYBOLT (Shanghai) Special Alloy Co., Ltd. supplies custom fasteners, machined components and raw materials for equipment exposed to corrosion, heat and demanding mechanical loads.
Our factory supports the manufacture of bolts, studs, nuts, washers and drawing-based parts. From our Shanghai base, we bring your material specification, manufacturing requirements and delivery documents into one coordinated order.
Our material range covers nickel alloys, duplex and special stainless steels, titanium and zirconium.
Explore alloy gradesCNC turning and milling, hot forming, thread rolling and thread cutting support both familiar fastener forms and parts made to your drawing. The route follows the alloy, geometry and final material condition.
We review critical dimensions and thread fit before production. When a design needs clarification, an initial 3D CAD model can help confirm the part before machining begins.

Manufacturing, material condition and inspection must work to the same requirements. We define these together, so the finished parts and their records answer the same purchase specification.
Material grade, starting-stock form and heat identity are carried into the order. Where solution treatment or age hardening is required, the treatment condition and supporting records form part of the manufacturing scope.
Dimensional and thread inspection check the finished part. PMI is sampled as routine, with 100% inspection available on request. Third-party testing and CNAS-accredited laboratory testing can be arranged when your project requires them.
Changes to an agreed material or specification require your approval. EN 10204 3.1 documentation and heat-number traceability connect the supplied material to the shipment; additional tests follow the agreed inspection plan.

Review our testing capabilities and redacted historical reports before defining your own inspection requirements.
Chemistry, tensile, impact, hardness and metallographic results show what can be recorded. Your shipment documents identify the material and lot supplied, with the test scope agreed for your order.
A drawing, a specification or a parts list is enough to start the conversation. Receive a quotation within 12 hours.
