Use the approved drawing or agreed dimensional standard to define the part. The following points help us review the enquiry; listed forms do not establish a stocked size or finished-product requirement.

• Thread pitch: Coarse or fine, as specified.
• Thread coverage: Full or partial thread to specification.
• Length: Measured from the flange bearing face; length to drawing.
• Flange dimensions: Outside diameter and thickness to specified form.
• Bearing face: Surface form to drawing.

Identify the dimensional standard, material specification, alloy grade and delivery or heat-treatment condition separately. Any product performance, finish or assembly requirement must be stated in the drawing or purchase documents. Applicability and revision are confirmed with the quotation.

State the required dimensional or thread checks, material certificate, PMI, product tests and third-party inspection when applicable. Method, sampling, acceptance criteria and documents are agreed before the order proceeds.
