Inconel 718 fully threaded studs and threaded rods
For an Inconel 718 / UNS N07718 enquiry, provide overall length, thread coverage, end form and complete thread designation. State the required material condition and the governing finished-part specification. AMS 5662/5663 and ASTM B637 describe material scopes and conditions; a material certificate alone does not define finished-stud acceptance. We review the drawing, process and inspection requirements before confirming the quotation.

During quotation, a redacted certificate from a previous order can show the document format and recorded tests. It is a historical example, not certification of this product or a new order. Shipment documents must correspond to the material and batch actually supplied.

A drawing is not required to start. Send the written specification or bolting list, including the contents of each set. BYBOLT arranges production against the agreed customer requirements. During quotation, a redacted certificate from a previous order can illustrate the document format; shipment records must relate to the material and batch actually supplied. Any change to an agreed material or specification requires your approval.
Order checklist
Material: state the exact grade / UNS and required condition. If the request says only SDSS, identify the specific grade before confirming the order; any proposed material change needs agreement.
Stud: give diameter and length, confirm the length datum, thread pitch / TPI and class, and whether it is fully threaded or has separate threaded ends.
Set contents: specify the nut type, grade and thread, and the washer type, material, bore, outside diameter and thickness or applicable dimensional specification.
Quantity: distinguish sets from individual pieces. The example of 850 sets with one stud, two nuts and two washers means 850 studs, 1,700 nuts and 1,700 washers.
Acceptance: identify applicable dimensional, material and finished-product requirements, required date and any additional inspection or document scope.

Fully threaded stud, threaded rod or double-end stud?
This page covers headless, fully threaded studs and rods. State the overall end-to-end length, thread diameter and pitch or TPI, thread class and required end form. If the part has two separate threaded ends and a plain middle section, send a drawing defining both end lengths and the middle section for review.
Can I request stud bolts with nuts and washers without a drawing?
Yes. Start with the material, stud size, quantity and parts needed in each set. For example: “SDSS stud bolt, M20 x 80 mm, with 2 hex nuts and 2 washers — 850 sets.” This is enough to start an enquiry; the exact grade, thread pitch, stud configuration and mating-part requirements still need to be agreed before production. A photograph or sketch can help if the part has an unusual feature.
Can I see a material certificate before production?
During quotation, BYBOLT can provide a redacted certificate from a previous order to show the document format and recorded tests. Production is arranged against your agreed requirements. Actual shipment documents correspond to the material and batch supplied; a historical sample is not an acceptance certificate for your new order.
