Special alloy fasteners for Pumps, Valves & OEM Equipment.
Corrosion-resistant casing bolts, high-strength bonnet studs and drawing-based replacements for pump and valve assemblies.
Which fasteners fit your pump, valve and OEM applications?
BYBOLT supplies Inconel 625 12-point flange bolts for corrosion-exposed pump casings and Incoloy 925 double-end studs for highly loaded valve bonnets. Monel K-500 stud bolts add strength to marine pump connections; 17-4 PH socket head screws clamp actuator hardware. We match the thread engagement and head clearance to your assembly drawing.
Fasteners for pump & valve assemblies.

Split-case & multistage pump casings
Age-hardened K-500 studs suit seawater-pump casings that need high-strength nickel-copper fastening within an existing hole pattern. Where studs engage tapped casing holes, they can stay installed during cover removal, limiting repeated disturbance of those holes at overhaul.

Connection requirements
- Casing flange thickness, gasket type, and required preload
- Stud diameter, overall length, and nut engagement at each end
- Seawater exposure, age-hardened condition, and heat-number certification

High-pressure valve bonnets
Valve bonnet through-bolts may be selected in S32760 to match a project’s super duplex bolting requirement. The external head allows straightforward counterholding while the nut is tightened. Bolt length must include the bonnet stack and nut engagement, with the thread runout positioned clear of the intended bearing interfaces.
Super Duplex S32760 Hex BoltsConnection requirements
- Project stud or bolt acceptance specification
- Bonnet and nut stack
- Head access and thread runout

Impeller locknuts & shaft sleeves
Shaft rotation and axial thrust constantly shift impeller position against its sleeve and locking nut. Nitronic 60 shaft nuts resist galling during adjustment while holding the impeller firmly against vibration and reverse rotation.
Nitronic 60 shaft locknutsConnection requirements
- Shaft thread pitch and nut locking feature
- Sleeve fit clearance and axial positioning dimension
- Nut tightening sequence and anti-galling surface condition

Packing gland followers & eyebolts
Packing gland followers use paired studs to draw the follower down evenly as packing is adjusted. Incoloy 825 studs are useful when acid leakage reaches this exposed hardware. The usable thread length needs to cover the follower’s adjustment travel, while both stud ends must fit the pump or valve body.
Incoloy 825 Stud BoltsConnection requirements
- Follower travel and spacing
- Body thread size and engagement
- Packing leakage chemistry

Submersible pump motor housings
K-500 socket screws can secure a submersible motor end cover within a compact bolt circle. Their aged strength is useful where the cover load must be carried by small fasteners, and recessed heads leave access between nearby housing features. Selection also accounts for water retained at the head and the housing's cathodic-protection exposure.
Monel K-500 Socket Head Cap ScrewsConnection requirements
- Tapped-hole size, thread form, and effective engagement depth
- Head diameter, head height, and socket depth for drive engagement
- Seawater exposure, age-hardened condition, and heat-number certification

Cryogenic & severe-service trim hardware
Alloy 20 tap-end studs secure cryogenic and severe-service valve trim where aggressive media attack ordinary bolting. Their corrosion resistance holds trim alignment through temperature swings, pressure surges, and repeated maintenance cycles.
Alloy 20 trim tap-end studsConnection requirements
- Trim component material compatibility and thread fit
- Stud length and engagement in cryogenic housing
- Trim assembly clearance and disassembly access dimension
Casing Pressure, Erosion, and Galling.
2205 and 2507 combine strength with chloride stress-corrosion resistance for pump-cover bolting. Compare them with 316/B8M using the bolt load, fluid chemistry and temperature; pump pressure alone does not determine the alloy.
What to specify
- Chloride concentration indicator
- Casing design pressure indicator
- Applied stress level indicator

17-4PH, K-500 and Nitronic 50 offer different strength and corrosion balances for pump hardware. Exposed trim needs separate erosion and cavitation evidence; sheltered casing fasteners primarily need joint strength and fluid compatibility.
What to specify
- Flow velocity indicator
- Cavitation intensity indicator
- Erosion rate indicator

Nitronic 60 nuts and mating hardware reduce galling risk where bonnets and gland followers are opened repeatedly. For 718 or 625 bolts, choose the nut pairing, finish and lubricant or coating for the fluid and temperature; higher alloy strength alone does not protect threads from seizure.
What to specify
- Teardown frequency indicator
- Thread galling tendency indicator
- Assembly load indicator

OEM fastener traceability & dimensional inspection.
EN 10204 3.1 MTC, heat traceability and mechanical test results with each shipment. Add the tests your equipment specification requires.

Material identity
Match the ordered grade and material heat to the certificate, part identification and packing list.
Final condition
Link the specified processing condition and mechanical results to the finished batch; keep separate heat-treatment batches identifiable.
Drawing dimensions
Body and nut threads, grip, seating and tool clearance.
Mating-thread inspection
Specify thread gauges and the usable engagement dimensions at both ends of a bonnet stud.
Before you order pump & valve fasteners.
Send the drawing and the service details for your connection. We can quote the specified parts, finish and inspection package together.
Get a QuoteCan you make different threads on the two ends?
Yes. Define diameter, pitch, thread class and usable length for each end, plus the centre shank and overall length.
Can I send a sample instead of a complete drawing?
Yes. Mark critical fits, mating threads and any known wear or deformation. We can establish the required dimensions for approval before manufacture.
How should a repeat OEM order be identified?
Use the approved part number and drawing revision with grade, final condition and quantity. Include any changes to the inspection plan or packing by assembly.
Send your drawing
or parts list.
Upload the drawing or BOM with its revision. We quote the material, dimensions, quantities and inspection requirements for your equipment.
