We clarify feasibility, inspection, commercial terms and schedule by email. The accepted quotation and purchase documents define the final scope. After a successful submission, save the reference shown on the confirmation page. Use it and the same email address when following up or supplying revised drawings.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a price, delivery date or order. Technical questions and any missing information are clarified before the final scope is agreed.
