Can an Incoloy 020 order still reference ASTM B473?
ASTM lists B473-24 as withdrawn in 2026 with no replacement. A legacy drawing can identify that edition explicitly, but the material acceptance basis must be agreed. For a new order, make the specification decision before purchasing stock.
What process details help review Incoloy 020 bolts?
State the acid species, concentration, temperature and contaminants, plus the required stabilized or annealed condition. Include mating materials and final bolt mechanical acceptance so the review covers the joint as well as the process medium.
