Choose one governing route. A1014/A1014M invokes A962/A962M; F2281 is an inch route with its own condition and testing. Neither is implied by B637 stock.
Name the governing bolting specification, edition and heat-treatment condition on the enquiry. F2281 classification is cross-checked in the 2017 sample; its 718 condition is AH4.

Does a B637 certificate qualify a finished Inconel 718 bolt?
A B637 certificate documents starting-material requirements; it does not by itself establish conformity of the finished bolt to the ordered bolting specification. A1014/A1014M is a separate N07718 bolting route with A962/A962M common requirements. F2281 offers an alternative inch route. Select the governing bolting specification and final heat treatment on the order.
Which heat-treatment records matter for 718 bolts?
Request records for the final solution-treatment and aging route, linked to the finished lot and its mechanical results. State the required condition and acceptance specification; an aged-bar certificate alone may not describe the completed bolt processing.
Can I request these bolts without a drawing?
Yes. Start with diameter, under-head length, thread designation and quantity per size. Add full or partial threading and the specified material condition. We review any missing drawing or acceptance details before the order is confirmed.

Heat treatment is part of the specification
718 is precipitation hardenable: the solution-treatment and aging route affects the resulting properties. State the required final condition and whether the order specification controls the manufacturing and heat-treatment sequence. An alloy name or incoming bar certificate alone leaves these questions open.

Provide service temperature, load duration and thermal or load cycling. Where the design requires creep, stress-rupture or elevated-temperature properties, identify the test and acceptance criteria explicitly. A room-temperature tensile value is not an elevated-temperature joint rating.
