Drawing or standard and revision Material grade and condition Quantity, inspection and destination What happens after your enquiry? We check the product, material, quantity and technical gaps. We clarify feasibility, inspection, commercial terms and schedule by email. The accepted quotation and purchase documents define the final scope. After a successful submission, save the reference shown on the confirmation page. Use it and the same email address when following up or supplying revised drawings.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a price, delivery date or order. Technical questions and any missing information are clarified before the final scope is agreed.
Typical Commercial Framework General terms for enquiry review. Applicability to this product and grade, costs and final terms must be confirmed in the quotation.
Quantity MOQ is typically 10 pieces, subject to product, material and manufacturing-route review.
Samples Samples are typically reviewed on an approximately 20-day basis. BYBOLT may cover agreed sample manufacturing; buyer freight, import duties and taxes remain separate.
Production schedule Regular production is commonly reviewed on a 25–35 day basis. Urgent requirements can be discussed against the complete specification.
Payment Payment can be arranged by T/T or LianLian. A typical order uses a 30% deposit, with the balance completed before dispatch.
